I composed and conducted the selection committee through the proposal analysis and the construction company choice. I prospected the call for proposal form and its communication.

I supervised the project scope statement, the tender specifications formulation and technical requirement editing for the artists and the technicians.

I proposed and organised the project’s milestones structuring and defined a concept to result project calendar that I monitored and conducted to fulfilment: from call for participants writing to artists and artworks selection, to fabrication, installation and inauguration.
