I coached and supported diverse entities — from artistic associations to small and big companies — to envision and structure applications for European Grants.

I operated a prior ad hoc European Commission Calls jargon deciphering and EC demands explanation and an ensuing in-line-processed brainstorm with the applicants to obtain priorities alignment, process-line visualisation, working packages definition and implement risk management and success tracking measures.

I appreciate and excel in the language and mentality alignment, and in the specifications translation to be done within the European Commission Grant Panels demands on one side, and small or big, private or public entities, on the other.
